What is RainierForge?
RainierForge is an independent software studio. Our first products are availability alerts: we continuously watch hard-to-get appointment and reservation systems — like Global Entry / Trusted Traveler enrollment centers and recreation.gov campgrounds — and notify you the instant an opening matches your criteria. More SaaS tools are on the way.
Which systems and products do you cover?
Today we monitor U.S. Trusted Traveler Programs (Global Entry, NEXUS, FAST, and SENTRI) and recreation.gov campgrounds. We add new monitors and products over time — check the Products page for what is live right now.
Are you affiliated with the government or the sites you monitor?
No. RainierForge is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government agency or the operators of the systems we monitor. You complete your booking on the official site — we just tell you when an opening appears.
Do you guarantee I’ll get a spot?
No. Availability is controlled entirely by the system we monitor, and openings can disappear within minutes. We watch availability and alert you the moment a match appears so you can act fast — but we can’t guarantee a slot will open or that you’ll secure it.
How fast are the alerts?
We check availability frequently around the clock and send your alert within minutes of detecting a matching opening.
How will I be notified?
By email on every plan. You can also enable browser/web push from your dashboard.
How much does it cost?
Setting up an alert is free. To activate it you subscribe to a paid plan (starting at $4.99/mo). You can cancel anytime — see the pricing page for current plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time; your alerts stay active until the end of the current billing period and then won’t renew.
How do I set up an alert?
Pick a product, choose what to watch (locations, dates, and your criteria), add your email (and phone for SMS), then subscribe to activate it. We start watching immediately.
Is my personal data safe?
We collect only what we need to run the service and process billing, we never sell your data, and payments are handled by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for details.
