Are you affiliated with CBP or the government?

No. Global Entry Alert is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any government agency. You book your appointment on the official government website — we just tell you when an opening appears.

Do you guarantee I’ll get an appointment?

No. Appointment availability is controlled entirely by the government and openings can disappear within minutes. We monitor availability and alert you the moment a slot matching your criteria appears, so you can book it quickly — but we can’t guarantee a slot will open or that you’ll secure it.

Which programs and locations do you cover?

We cover U.S. Trusted Traveler Programs — Global Entry, NEXUS, FAST, and SENTRI — across enrollment centers nationwide (and applicable Canadian locations). Some centers are invitation-only and can’t be alerted on.

How fast are the alerts?

We check availability frequently around the clock and send your alert within minutes of detecting a matching opening.

How will I be notified?

By email on every plan. SMS notifications are available on the Pro plan. You can also enable browser/web push from your dashboard.

How much does it cost?

Setting up an alert is free. To activate it you subscribe to a paid plan (starting at $4.99/mo). You can cancel anytime — see the pricing page for current plans.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time; your alerts stay active until the end of the current billing period and then won’t renew.

How do I set up an alert?

Pick your enrollment center, choose your dates and days of the week, add your email (and phone for SMS), then subscribe to activate it. We start watching immediately.

Why can’t I set an alert for some locations?

Certain enrollment centers are invitation-only or special events that require a CBP invitation. We list them for completeness but can’t monitor or alert on them.

Is my personal data safe?

We collect only what we need to send your alerts and process billing, we never sell your data, and payments are handled by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for details.
