  • Account & contact details — your email address and, if you opt in to SMS alerts, your mobile phone number.
  • Alert preferences — the enrollment centers, dates, days of week, and other criteria you choose to monitor.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing details and a subscription status.
  • Notification tokens — if you enable web push, the subscription endpoint your browser provides.
  • Technical & usage data — IP address, device/browser type, and log data generated when you use the Service.

How we use your information

  • Operate the Service and send you the alerts you request (email, SMS, or push).
  • Process subscriptions, payments, and billing through our payment processor.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve and develop the Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf — for example, Stripe (payments), Microsoft Azure (hosting), and Azure Communication Services (email/SMS delivery).
  • Legal & safety recipients when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We use a strictly necessary, first-party cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International users
