SMS Text Alerts

RainierForge offers an optional SMS text-message alert program that notifies you when availability you asked us to watch opens up — for example a Global Entry, NEXUS or SENTRI interview, a campsite or wilderness-permit reservation, a park tour or timed entry, a tee time, or a DMV appointment.

How you opt in

SMS is opt-in only and off by default. In Notification settings (in the RainierForge app or on this website) you enter your mobile number and check a dedicated consent box. That consent checkbox — shown below exactly as it appears — is a standalone statement you actively tick; it is not pre-checked and it is not part of our Terms or Privacy Policy.

What messages you’ll receive

Transactional availability alerts only — for example: “3 opening(s) at Mount Whitney. Open the app to grab one. Reply STOP to opt out.” We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on real-time availability for the alerts you set up. Alerts auto-pause after they notify you, so a typical alert sends at most one message until you re-enable it.

Cost

RainierForge does not charge for SMS alerts, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any alert to unsubscribe from SMS at any time; you may also uncheck SMS in Notification settings. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@rainierforge.com.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to deliver the alerts you request. We do not sell or share it with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

RainierForge is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government agency or the reservation platforms it monitors (including recreation.gov and U.S. Customs and Border Protection).
