Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RainierForge (the “Service”), operated by RainierForge (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service monitors publicly available appointment, reservation, and availability systems — such as Trusted Traveler Program interviews (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI), campground and wilderness-permit reservations, park tours and timed entry, tee times, and DMV appointments — and notifies you when an opening matches your criteria. We do not book or reserve anything for you, and we cannot guarantee that availability will appear or that you will be able to secure it. You complete any booking yourself on the official provider’s website.

2. Not a government service

RainierForge is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government agency or the reservation platforms it monitors (including recreation.gov and U.S. Customs and Border Protection). Availability data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs through your account. We use passwordless email sign-in links; keep access to your email secure.

4. Subscriptions, billing & renewals

  • Setting up an alert is free. Activating alerts requires a paid subscription, billed through Stripe on a recurring (e.g., monthly) basis until canceled.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then-current price, plus any applicable taxes.
  • Prices and plan features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

5. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.

SMS text alerts (mobile messaging)

RainierForge offers an optional SMS text-alert program that notifies you when availability you asked us to watch opens up. SMS is opt-in and off by default: you enable it and actively tick a dedicated, standalone consent checkbox in Notification settings; consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies with real-time availability. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help; you can also email support@rainierforge.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See the full SMS program details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any third party’s rights.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that alerts will be delivered or that appointments will be available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RainierForge and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any missed appointments, lost opportunities, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RainierForge harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in Washington.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
